Cloud HCM Technical Expert

This role involves acting as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud, with extensive knowledge of the Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and OTL modules. As an individual contributor, you will interact with a global support team to provide day-to-day production support, enhancements, quarterly patch release testing, and issue resolution.

• Production support project experience – understanding AMS Ticketing process, deployment process, upgrades testing, etc.
• Interacting with both offshore and onshore client engagements involving implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• At least 8+ years of ERP implementation experience with minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM functional (any two modules).
• Cloud technical expertise with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management in two or more of the following modules: Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
• Resolving production tickets, patch testing, change requests, analyzing requirements, documenting the respective Oracle environment, engaging with the Oracle customer, CSI partner, and developer base.
• Collaborating on configurations, bug-fixes, quarterly patch testing, and quality assurance prior to change deployment of the respective Oracle environment in compliance with established standards.
• Managing the system admin and security environment of the Oracle instance as designated by role and persona; key super-permissions for the Oracle environment, patch management, POD management, and provisioning.
• Performing unit tests of all high-level functionality, including staging test scenarios, and documenting test results.
• Developing runbooks for all technical objects and analyzing and resolving technical queries during ticket resolution by providing functional guidance to the technical team.

Essential Skills

• At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a technical lead and minimum one production support project experience.
• Strong end-to-end experience in at least a couple of HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting (Fusion), Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll, Goals, Absence Management, Succession Planning, HR Helpdesk, Talent Review, Onboarding (Fusion), Learning (Fusion)).
• Willingness to work on challenging production support projects.
• Efficient and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage directly with clients on detailed technical discussions.
• Experience working with onshore/offshore models.
• Hands-on experience with Fast Formula creation and maintenance, HCM Data Loader, Payroll Batch Loader, HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader, Custom Role Development, and Cloud System Administration services.
• BI Publisher experience (RTF design/e-text/scheduling/parameter handling/bursting/backup and migration of reports to different pods).
• Visual Builder Studio experience with extending application pages and migrating changes between instances.
• Knowledge of additional reporting tools: HCM Extract/OTBI/Analysis Dashboard.
• Experience with Transformation formula and automating inbound loads into HCM using HDL.
• Sysadmin activities, code deployment process, and quality assurance experience.
• Creating and moving changes via migration sets experience.
• Extending Cloud through the personalization layer experience.
