Your Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Comprehensive Sales Strategies: Drive credit card sales growth and market penetration by analyzing sales data, market insights, and customer feedback.
  2. Lead High-Performing Teams: Provide strong leadership and guidance to FOS sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  3. Set Ambitious Targets: Set ambitious sales targets and revenue goals for the field sales teams, and develop action plans to achieve them.
  4. Drive Cross-Selling Initiatives: Maximize revenue generation and customer lifetime value by driving cross-selling initiatives and upselling opportunities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, BTL activities preferably in the financial services industry with a focus on credit card sales.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.

Estimated Salary: ₹25 Lacs - ₹35 Lacs per annum based on location and experience.
