Strategic Communications Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced strategic communications leader to drive our PR, brand reputation, and corporate visibility in India.

  • Job Summary:
  • Lead external communication through earned media, thought leadership, branded IPs, sponsorships, and online reputation management.
  • Develop and lead our corporate communication and brand positioning strategy for the Indian market.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity, voice, and messaging framework across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Communication & Brand Building:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Define and maintain a strong brand identity, voice, and messaging framework.
  • Drive reputation management efforts through storytelling, credibility, and compliance.
  • Media Relations & Thought Leadership:
  • Build and manage relationships with top-tier business, technology, and fintech media in India.
  • Drive positive coverage through press releases, features, media interviews, and authored articles.
  • Manage CXO positioning through industry commentary, interviews, and speaker engagements.
  • Online Reputation Management:
  • Monitor and manage online reputation across platforms (Google, review sites, news portals, forums) using monitoring and sentiment tools.
  • Develop proactive response strategies to misinformation or negative sentiment.
  • Branded IPs & Sponsorships:
  • Conceptualize and launch branded content series and thought leadership platforms (e.g. webinars, founder journals, ecosystem reports).
  • Identify and execute strategic sponsorships and co-branded activations to drive thought leadership and trust.
  • Content & Asset Development:
  • Oversee development of key brand assets—press kits, media FAQs, brand decks, speeches, product FAQs, and regulatory messaging.
  • Ensure content is consistent, credible, and compliant with RBI-regulated communication norms.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment:
  • Work cross-functionally with teams across marketing, business, management, legal & compliance, HR, and customer success.
  • Manage external PR, creative, and ORM agencies.
