Job Title: Senior Business Insights Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Insights Analyst to join our team. This role combines traditional data analysis with programming-driven problem-solving to deliver meaningful business insights.

Job Description:
As a Senior Business Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting, transforming, and analyzing large datasets to drive business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources for analysis.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and business insights.
  • Use Python and Java for data processing, automation, and analytics.
  • Perform statistical analysis and develop predictive insights using data science libraries.
  • Design and maintain ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
  • Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to present findings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data quality, accuracy, and security across projects.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Java.
  • Experience with data manipulation, integration, and analysis.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and workflow automation.
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
