We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Hub Work. As a Business Development Manager for Group Bookings, you will be responsible for achieving budgeted revenue and managing all group bookings from corporates and travel agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Act as a bridge between the company and its clients.
  • Adhere to all policies of The Tamara and brief corporates about them.
  • Develop business for TTC, TTK, OBT, and other hotels of The Tamara.
  • Define guest requirements and ensure that the guest services offered are effective to their requests.
  • Establish The Tamara as a niche group travel destination covering all business zones in Bangalore by sales calling.
  • Negotiate prices with all MICE.
  • Ensure that all complaints are reviewed, investigated, and follow-up action is initiated.
  • Meet up with decision makers in corporate companies and travel agents.
  • Maintain and ensure the smooth-running operation with all travel agents.
