Salary and Benefits

We offer an estimated salary of ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 per month, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to act as a bridge between Hub Work and its clients, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise. This involves adhering to our organization standards and policies, briefing corporates on our services, and collecting payments at the time of booking.

In addition, you will be responsible for developing business for Hub Work across various channels, including TTC, TTK, OBT, and other hotels. You will need to define guest requirements and ensure that the services offered are effective in meeting their requests.

This role also requires establishing Hub Work as a niche group travel destination, covering all business zones in Bangalore through sales calling. You will negotiate prices with MICE groups and ensure that all complaints are reviewed, investigated, and followed up on.

Another key aspect of this role is meeting with decision-makers in corporate companies and travel agents to maintain smooth operations and build strong relationships.
