Business Development Manager for Retail Clients

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Prestige Group. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career and contribute to the success of our retail clients.
Company Overview:Prestige Group is a leading real estate developer in India, known for its high-quality projects and excellent customer service. As a Business Development Manager, you will be working closely with our retail clients to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.
Salary:The estimated salary for this position is ₹ 10,00,000 - ₹ 15,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:- Generate REFX Invoices to UB City Retail Customers on a monthly basis, including Fixed, MMG, and Revenue Share invoices.
- Post entries in SAP for Receipts and Payments against the invoices.
- Prepare BRS on a monthly basis, matching Loan Account and Current Account.
- Reconcile Customer Ledgers.
- Amenize Cash Flows in SAP as per Agreements.
- Prepare Billing and Collection Reports on a monthly basis.
- Raise FI (Manual) Invoices, Debit Notes, and Credit Notes based on requirements.
- Provide Proforma Invoices and Purchase Orders as required.
- Create Contracts for UB City Retail Clients for invoicing, based on Agreements and Escalations with Revenue Sharing.
- Collect Audited Net Sales Figures from UB City Clients for Revenue Sharing Invoices.
- Coordinate with Official Liquidator for UBHL Invoices, Rent Computation, and share necessary documents.
- Collect TDS Certificates and check 26AS to prepare Full and Final Settlement for Vacating Customers.
- Closure of R&P Folder on a weekly basis and send report to the Team.
- Track Income and Expenses for Budgeting.
- Provide Rent Role as per Audit Requirement.
- Send Outstanding Statements to customers along with SOP's and follow up on a daily basis.
- Share Ledger Statements and Outstanding Details to Customers.
- Maintain the UB City Retail Master Sheet updated at all times.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
- Experience in business development and account management.
