Retail Business Development Lead

As a Retail Business Development Lead at ADCI - BLR 14 SEZ - F07, you will play a key role in driving the growth and development of our Retail Business Services organization. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our account management team in VSP program, responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and deliver positive experiences for sellers.

About the RoleYou will be responsible for all business and operational objectives of your Account Management team (8-10 direct reports). You'll drive the creation and execution of strategies to achieve business goals, collaborate across teams to explore innovative ways to identify and optimize growth levers, and build relationships with sellers in your team's portfolio along with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Business Growth: Contribute to goal setting for your team to align with organizational goals, develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, and identify areas of opportunity through data analysis and best practices.
- Relationship Management: Build and cultivate relationships with sellers in your team's portfolio, monitor seller satisfaction survey results, and establish improvement plans to manage expectations with Account Managers.
- Process Excellence: Use customer feedback, market growth trends, and analyze key metrics to contribute to strategic development of features and programs that accelerate growth and improve selling partners' experience working with Amazon.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in account management, sales, vendor management, business development, e-commerce, retail, consulting, or shared service operations. A minimum of 4 years of experience managing a team of 6-8 Sales Executives, Account Managers, Project Managers or Program Managers is required. Preferred qualifications include 6+ years of professional experience within the mentioned fields.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is ₹12000 per month, based on industry standards for similar positions in Bangalore, India. Additional benefits may include performance-based bonuses, stock options, and comprehensive health insurance.
