Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Communities Heritage Private Limited. This role will be responsible for driving business growth through inside sales, vendor onboarding, and client relationship management.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of our products or services and be able to clearly articulate their features, benefits, and value proposition to potential customers. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inside Sales: Conduct inside sales activities to generate revenue for the application, engage with potential customers through phone calls, nurture leads through the sales funnel, and close sales deals over the phone.
  • Vendor Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new vendors onto the application, guide vendors through necessary documentation and registration procedures, and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, address inquiries and concerns from both existing and potential users, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and vendor onboarding progress, analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide insights to management on performance metrics.
  • Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets for inside sales and telesales, monitor progress towards targets, and take corrective actions if necessary.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure that all vendor onboarding documentation is complete and compliant with company policies, work with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory requirements.
  • Timely Follow-Up: Implement a systematic follow-up process for both sales leads and vendor onboarding, ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests from clients and vendors.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
