  • Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily showroom operations, ensuring a clean, professional, and customer-friendly environment.
  • They will greet walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.
  • The Sales and Operations Manager will coordinate with the sales team for order processing, quotation follow-ups, and delivery status updates.
  • Key responsibilities include maintaining product displays, sample stocks, and ensuring the showroom is visually appealing.
  • They will handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, emails, and showroom visits.
  • Maintaining customer databases, issuing invoices, and supporting after-sales service coordination are also key responsibilities.
  • Assisting in preparing marketing materials, price lists, and promotional campaigns is another important task.
  • Generating daily/weekly sales and stock reports for management review is an essential duty.
  • Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are necessary to excel in this role.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities are also crucial for success.
  • Knowledge of building material products is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Tally/ERP software is necessary for day-to-day tasks.
  • Attention to detail and showroom management experience are highly valued.
  • Team handling and basic visual merchandising skills are essential for this role.
