Job Title: HR Partner

Position Summary:

The Human Resources (HR) Partner is responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes and delivering a consistently exceptional employee experience. This role involves sensing and responding to employee sentiment in real time, driving engagement, and aligning people strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the entire Employee Life Cycle from joining till exit in a seamless and consistent manner
  • Senses and responds to the pulse of the organization on a real-time basis
  • Executes best-practice HR interventions across performance, rewards, learning, and talent management
  • Resolves employee grievances and fosters strong employee connections
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver cutting-edge people solutions
