Strategic Talent Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to offer thought leadership on strategic organizational and talent-related initiatives.
  • Develop a tailored people plan that drives lasting change in the business, influencing key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions for talent acquisition, career growth, performance management, coaching, data analysis, employee engagement, learning & development, recognition programs, and rewards.
  • Use data strategically to identify trends in qualitative and quantitative metrics, enhancing organizational health and informing succession planning decisions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of talent within the organization to maintain a healthy pool of skilled professionals and ensure succession for critical roles.

Requirements:

  • Strong HR experience across talent management, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively in complex environments, demonstrating problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
