Global Workforce Management Leader

The Global Head will lead the Workforce Management function, overseeing demand planning and fulfillment across entities worldwide.

  • Design and implement an enterprise workforce fulfillment framework to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Empower talent teams by providing demand plans, internal and external talent intelligence through data analytics, strategic talent modeling, and capability transformation.
  • Collaborate with sourcing, learning, and talent teams to advise on productivity opportunities, internal talent development, and strategic hiring.

About this role:

This is a leadership position that requires strong skills in workforce management. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in designing and implementing efficient workforce frameworks, as well as experience in driving business results.

Key responsibilities:
