Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mass Marketing Business Development Lead to join our team at Pidilite Industries Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for driving high-scale user connects in the assigned geography to drive adoption of our mass products range.

Responsibilities:

  • User data collection and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Collaboration with agencies to execute high-scale connects
  • Competition monitoring and share gain initiatives
  • Promoter management to enhance user engagement

Key Qualifications:

  • 3-12 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • Strong understanding of mass marketing principles and practices

Location: Dehradun, India

Estimated Salary Range: ₹15 Lacs - ₹30 Lacs per annum
