At CODE PLAY NINJA, we're seeking a skilled Social Media Marketing Lead to join our team. As a key player in our marketing efforts, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • 1. Social Media Strategy:
    • Develop effective social media strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Create engaging content across various platforms (text, images, videos).
    • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with the audience.
  • 2. Advertising Campaigns:
    • Design ROI-driven advertising campaigns on Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, and Microsoft Advertising.
    • Optimize ad performance, targeting, and budget allocation.
    • Track and analyze campaign metrics to measure success.
  • 3. Content Creation:
    • Craft compelling and shareable content that resonates with the target audience.
    • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and videographers to produce high-quality content.
  • 4. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Utilize tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics to assess performance.
    • Generate regular reports on key metrics, trends, and insights.
    • Use data to refine strategies and improve results.

About This Role:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
  • Demonstrated success in managing social media accounts and running effective ad campaigns.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
