Customer Service Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to clients in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve customer issues by communicating effectively with drivers and fleets.
- Maintain high service standards and ensure consistency in all interactions.
- Verify ride completions and update systems accordingly.
- Record interactions and solutions in our CRM to facilitate follow-up and improve future support.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Provide dedicated customer service support.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the Tourism & Travel sector or Ground Transportation industry is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory.
- The ability to work a full-time schedule and prioritize tasks efficiently is crucial.
