Job Summary

  • We are seeking an accomplished Branch Head to assume full responsibility of our allocated center in Alwar, India.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Center Operations: Oversee the day-to-day business operations of the designated center.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Foster close relationships with HO departments including Sales and Marketing, Accounts and Finance, HR, Administration, and Academics.
  • Sales and Marketing Strategy: Have complete control over the sales and marketing team of the allocated center through the Centre Business Head or Business Partner.
  • Business Growth: Drive business expansion via School Outreach, BTL activities, Marketing planning, and Seminars in the assigned territory.
  • Travel Requirements: Periodically visit the allocated center as necessary.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

 

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Leadership Abilities: Effectively manage the allocated center.
  • Effective Communication: Serve as a single point of contact between the Centre and HO departments.
  • Team Collaboration: Provide support to the allocated center in its day-to-day business operations.
