Job Title:

South Asia Regional Head

A senior leadership position that oversees the grain processing business in South Asia, focusing on biofuel ethanol and aligned with organizational mission and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic plan to grow the grain processing business in South Asia, incorporating industry trends and competitors.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, partnerships, and innovation across the region.
  • Create a go-to-market strategy with key action plans based on market needs, resources, and support requirements.
  • Lead sales managers, technical service managers, and cross-functional teams across the region, promoting a high-performance work culture and ensuring succession planning, capability building, and leadership development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or relevant fields, with at least 5 years of experience in biofuel ethanol or grain processing.
  • Strong background in the biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry.
  • Senior commercial experience with specialty chemicals or enzymes, including direct and indirect sales via sales channels.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural and remote environment, with strong proactiveness to collaborate across functions internally and externally.
  • Solid people leadership skills, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to drive opportunities and address challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills; Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software, and CRM.
  • Up to 50% travel required.
