  • This role will oversee the operational functions, governance, and compliance for multiple entities, leading a talented team of professionals.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining statutory compliance, holding a directorship, and ensuring seamless collaboration with international colleagues.

The Operational Leader will play a key role in aligning regional delivery with global priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate as legal representative and Director for all Indian entities.
  • Oversee budgeting, team management, financial planning and reporting across all business units.
  • Lead and develop the Bengaluru-based team; mentor managers and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Deliver against a mission-led strategy focused on professional development, engineering excellence, and social impact.
  • Liaise with international teams to ensure operational alignment.
  • Represent the organisation with confidence in legal, governance, and business forums.

About You:

  • Proven operational leadership experience in India - ideally in a professional membership body or similarly regulated environment.
  • Exceptional understanding of governance, compliance, and HR practices.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L.
  • Ability to drive strategy with warmth, rigour and agility.
  • Line management experience with the gravitas to lead national delivery.
