Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Director to lead our organization's daily operations and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior leadership roles, with a focus on operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies: Design and implement comprehensive business plans and procedures to drive performance and growth.
  • Set goals and objectives: Establish clear goals and objectives for the organization, aligned with the company vision and mission.
  • Oversee daily operations: Lead the daily operations of the organization, overseeing the work of executives and ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
  • Lead employees: Foster a culture of maximum performance and dedication among employees, encouraging them to strive for excellence.
  • Evaluate performance: Analyze and interpret data and metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships and drive results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field: MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities: Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
  • Experience developing operational strategies: Knowledge of business process optimization, supply chain management, and logistics.
  • Financial acumen: Budget management skills required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the ship repair & upgradation industry: Familiarity with maritime regulations and safety standards.
  • Quality management systems (QMS): Strong understanding of ISO standards.
  • Complex project management: Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects.
