Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Service Desk Technician to provide exceptional technical support to our clients.

The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to resolve technical issues and improve their overall experience.

  • Assess and qualify requests from clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues using industry-standard tools and techniques.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
  • Process and execute demands/resolve incidents following existing procedures and protocols.
  • Record, track, and document incidents/service requests using the ticketing system to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
  • Knowledge of common office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a friendly and patient demeanor.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or other relevant certifications.
