Front Desk Leadership Position

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead front desk operations in a 4/5 star hotel environment. As a key member of the hotel team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily front desk operations, including check-ins/check-outs, billing, and responding to guest inquiries.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate processing of front desk functions, identifying and rectifying any errors or lapses in real-time.
  • Administer front office functions daily, implementing, reviewing, and improving processes as needed.
  • Provide excellent communication skills, drafting emails, documents, and presentations to ensure seamless guest interactions.
  • Develop and maintain a hospitality-focused attitude, with strong customer-centric values.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in hotel management preferred.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience working in a similar role in a 4/5 star hotel environment.
