At M2P Fintech, we're looking for a talented Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our lending sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new business acquisition, building strong relationships with clients, and leveraging your knowledge of the lending industry to uncover new opportunities.

About the Role:

  • Pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, industry events, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including lending operations, underwriting, and customer support, to ensure smooth processing and delivery of services.
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to internal teams regarding customer requirements, objections, and feedback.

About You:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or lending industry.
  • Experience in prospecting, cold calling, and closing high-value deals.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a competitive environment.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
  • In-depth knowledge of lending products, loan processes, and financial solutions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
