Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented Lead Generation Specialist with experience in IT sales, particularly in international markets, to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in generating high-quality sales leads and fostering strong relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers in target international markets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate quality sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and requirements, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and materials to support lead generation efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system, and provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on lead generation and business development in international markets.
  • Proven track record of success in generating quality sales leads and meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
