This senior-level human resources position offers the opportunity to lead and manage HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, conducting recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee benefits and payroll, and ensuring a positive work environment.
">The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition, as well as expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management. Additionally, they should be proficient in HR Policies Development, Compliance, and Labor Laws, with knowledge of Payroll Management and Employee Benefits Administration.
">A successful candidate will also have excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in the healthcare industry is highly valued but not mandatory.
