
Chief People Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a strategic HR leader.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives. You will lead a team of HR professionals, acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, fostering a high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and global initiatives with country
- Facilitate organizational structural planning and reorganization efforts
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development
- Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion
- Support in the development and implementation of global HR programs
- Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance and support
- Provide strategic leadership and effective management to the Human Resources team in India
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and improve HR processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a multinational organization
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Deep understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success
- Experience working in a multinational company, preferably in hearing healthcare, audio technology industry
