Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team.

  • To thrive in this role, you will need to be a self-motivated professional with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage competing priorities.
  • As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in Human Resources, preferably in a senior leadership role within a complex organization. Your experience should include business process management or related industries.

Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with business leaders to attract, engage, and retain global talent to support business priorities and growth.
  2. Lead a team of HR Business Partners to drive focus and progress on critical human resource metrics such as recruitment, retention, engagement, learning, and compensation & benefits.
  3. Coach business leaders and managers to effectively lead their teams.
  4. Identify critical roles and key talent, and develop strategies to staff these positions with top performers.
  5. Develop and implement change management strategies and communication plans to support major organizational transformations, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives.
  6. Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership on workforce planning, talent metrics, and HR key performance indicators (KPIs).
  7. Evaluate and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree or relevant HR certifications are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in progressively senior HR leadership roles within complex organizations with a focus on business process management or related industries.
