Our organization is seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead one of its most prominent apparel manufacturing groups.

Job Overview
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing and business development, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue.
  • As the chief executive officer, you will be responsible for meeting and maintaining the top line, while also developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance profitability.
  • Extensive travel will be required to meet with buyers, attend presentations, and fairs, working closely with the marketing team to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • A strong understanding of various product lines, including knits, woven, denims, sportswear, activewear, etc., as well as categories such as men, women, kids, toddler, is essential.
  • The successful candidate will possess a strong business acumen, with excellent communication, presentation, and people management skills.
  • They will also have an eye for detail, able to quickly understand the brand's handwriting and create business opportunities.

A strong leader and team player is required, with excellent communication skills, presentation skills, and people management skills. Reporting directly to the Board.

Preferably, candidates with international work experience at similar levels or positions and formal education in garment manufacturing, fashion, design from premium institutes are highly sought after.
