Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Channel Partner Development Manager.

This role plays a crucial part in building and maintaining strong relationships with external property consultants, identifying and onboarding channel partners, brokers, and agents to drive registrations and bookings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing verified clients through partner networks and references, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead flow.

In addition, they will plan and execute broker meets and field visits, provide regular feedback and market intelligence, and ensure that all activities are aligned with our objectives.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least one year of experience in real estate sourcing or channel partner development, possess strong local market knowledge of Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and Raigad, and excel in networking, negotiation, and communication skills.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. If you have a valid driver's license and own a vehicle, it would be an added advantage.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-driven individual who can work independently and collaboratively as part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and onboarding new channel partners, brokers, and agents.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with external property consultants.
  • Providing regular feedback and market intelligence.
  • Ensuring alignment with our company objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in real estate sourcing or channel partner development.
  • Strong local market knowledge of Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and Raigad.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Valid driver's license and owned vehicle (an advantage).
