Job Title: Revenue Officer

  • About the Role:
    • This role involves driving sales growth by developing and managing a network of franchise partners.
    • As a key team member, you will be responsible for optimizing existing franchisee performance, identifying new opportunities, and leveraging strong relationship-building skills within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Franchise Network Development:
      • Identify prospective franchise partners and conduct feasibility assessments.
      • Negotiate franchise agreements to achieve business goals.
    • Revenue Growth:
      • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct sales and franchisee channels.
      • Analyze sales performance, track trends, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
    • Market Intelligence:
      • Gather competitor data, track market developments, and provide insights for seamless execution.
  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
    • 2–5 years of overall experience in pharmaceutical sales or franchise/channel development roles.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
