Job Title: Finance Credit Controller

As a seasoned finance professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire order to cash cycle for circulation revenue within our department. Your core domain expertise will include billing, credit recovery management, and compliance.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate business risks. You will also be responsible for ensuring timely recoveries of outstanding amounts and effective management of dealer interfaces, revenue accounting, custodian services, collection/recovery, and business controls.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They should also have strong process management skills and a result-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring billing to all agencies
  • Dispute resolution management with agencies and customers
  • Maintaining proper documentation of customer codes
  • Booking value addition orders/invoice regarding sponsorship
  • Reconciliation between Dealer and Finance ledger balances
  • Coordination with internal auditors
  • Revenue Accounting experience
  • Managing interface with banks on banking products, clearing of collection, etc.
  • Month-end reports/Presentation relating to revenue and collections
  • Calculation of Classified, Display, and Canvasser incentive
  • Month Closing checklist adherence
  • Initiating Process Control/Cost Control measures
  • GST & TDS compliance
  • Exposure to reconciliation of Debtors, Provision for expenses, cost ledger, vendor payment, etc.
  • Exposure to legal Contracts, Barter arrangement, etc.
  • Exposure to Budgeting exercise
  • Exposure to Document management set up
  • Customer Database maintenance
  • Working knowledge in SAP
  • High Knowledge on Excel, word, power point, power BI
