About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Territory Business Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving targets in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To develop and implement effective working plans for the territory based on market research data.
  2. To monitor and achieve targets set for the territory.
  3. To execute all strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.
  4. To engage with stakeholders including doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutions pharmacy.
  5. To demonstrate discipline and punctuality in completing multiple internal processes within set timelines.
  6. To possess basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and email exchanges.
  7. To be a fast learner and adaptable to changes in the market.
  8. To have strong communication skills in English and local language.
  9. To perform effectively in-clinic settings.
  10. To have a basic understanding of anatomy, physiology, and product portfolio.
  11. To organize camps, CMEs as per division strategy and customer needs.
  12. To conduct prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitors' brands.
  13. To generate POBs for Abbott brands as per business plan.

Required Experience and Qualification:

We require at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Fresher candidates with good communication skills and analytical skills may also be considered. A Bachelor's degree in Science or Pharmacy is preferred.
