Lead Regional Business Growth and Performance

A high-performing leader is needed to spearhead business growth, performance metrics, and team management in a regional setting. The ideal candidate will have complete ownership of critical business initiatives, including product launches, process improvements, category expansion, and vendor management.

  • Contribute actively to business decisions through qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis.
  • Develop a strong understanding of design requisites and customer experience to maximize business results.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of professionals, including business/design managers, territory area managers, designers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Establish an ecosystem for successful design experiences that benefit internal teams and customers alike.
  • Own the quality of design closure for Livspace catalogue products and essential home improvement services.
  • Drive and meet KPIs such as timely design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales/category penetration, customer satisfaction/happy customer experience, employee satisfaction/happy team members.
  • Provide continuous feedback to improve the business from a customer-centric perspective.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification; an MBA would be advantageous.
  • At least 6-7 years of experience in interior fit-out businesses, operating roles managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to convey business requirements effectively.
  • Structured thought process, strong analytical ability, and determination to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Effective leadership and people management skills, with direct team reporting experience.
  • Possesses significant personal and professional drive to continuously improve design and design experiences.
  • Deep understanding of interior fit-out industry processes, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Strong leadership: Hire, retain, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
  • Tracking and training: Train and coach the team on the job, track performance, and course-correct as needed.
  • Customer empathy: Understand and address customer pain points, providing trustworthy solutions.
