Accelerate growth by driving strategic initiatives and partnerships that unlock new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for bridging our brand with external ecosystems and identifying pitching opportunities to leadership, institutions, corporates, and individuals to fuel our growth.
Job Description
You will be a key member of our team, responsible for end-to-end program management from ideation to delivery. This involves working cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to enable alignment and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative growth initiatives and take ownership of special projects requiring experimentation, process-building, and execution at scale.
- Create and monitor project plans, KPIs, and performance dashboards to track progress and impact.
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with schools, colleges, edtech platforms, corporates, and global institutions.
- Drive collaboration across functions to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in consulting, program management, strategy, or high-growth startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills with problem-solving and actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to drive outcomes under tight timelines.
