Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our HCM functional team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of our human capital management system.

  • We are looking for someone with at least 8 years of experience in HCM, preferably with a background in cloud-based systems.
  • You should have a deep understanding of HCM business processes, including hire-to-retire cycles, payroll, talent management, and benefits administration.
  • In addition to technical expertise, you must possess strong interpersonal skills, including excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
  • A leader who can drive results, motivate teams, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Expertise in OTL, US Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, ORC, Security, Helpdesk, and Benefits modules
  • Strong working knowledge of Core HR module
  • In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow
  • Clinical skills in client-facing roles, including requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live
