
Lead Human Capital Management Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our human capital management initiatives, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to separation. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, training, and compliance.
- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Design and deliver engaging onboarding programs to ensure a seamless transition into the organization
- Employee Engagement and Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through regular communication and feedback sessions
- Maintain open lines of communication with employees and managers to address concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Performance Management and Training:
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance management systems to assess employee growth and development
- Create and deliver training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits
- Administer HR policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements
- HR Policy Implementation and Compliance:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support business objectives
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources management
- Strong expertise in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
- Experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance management
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
