Senior Human Resources Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Manager to join our leadership team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive execution across the entire HR spectrum, fostering a high-performance work environment and enabling growth through continuous feedback and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding – Build strong pipelines to attract top talent, utilizing robust recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture – Develop and implement programs that promote a positive work culture, enhancing employee well-being and driving business outcomes.
  • Performance Management & Learning – Design and deliver processes that enable growth, provide continuous feedback, and facilitate professional development.
  • HR Operations & Compliance – Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements, minimizing risk and ensuring a stable work environment.
  • Policy & Process Development – Strengthen frameworks that balance organizational goals with employee well-being, creating a fair and inclusive work culture.
  • Strategic HR Partnering – Collaborate closely with leadership to align people strategy with business objectives, driving strategic decision-making and business growth.
Requirements
  • 7–12 years of experience in HR, with at least 3+ years in a senior generalist role, possessing a strong understanding of HR best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance people empathy with business acumen.
  • Proven experience in scaling HR practices in a growing organization, driving business outcomes through effective HR management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, leaders, and external partners.
