Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to lead our HR operations.

About the Role:

This is a key position that requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as expertise in talent acquisition, HR action plan implementation, and succession planning.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operational HR, talent management, industrial relations, public relations, and grievance handling.

Responsibilities include overseeing all HR operations, managing talent acquisition efforts, implementing HR action plans, developing and monitoring HR strategies, and ensuring positive employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational HR: Manage all HR operations, including HR policies and procedures, to ensure smooth implementation across the organization.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead talent acquisition efforts to hire the right candidates based on business needs.
  • HR Action Plan Implementation: Develop, implement, and review the HR action plan based on business strategies and requirements.
  • Talent Management & Succession Planning: Focus on developing a talent pipeline, managing succession planning, and ensuring a strong internal talent pool.
  • IR/PR Management: Handle industrial relations and public relations to maintain positive employee relations and address grievances effectively.
  • Grievance Handling: Resolve employee grievances promptly and fairly to maintain a positive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in operational HR, talent acquisition, and manpower handling.
  • Ability to develop and monitor HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Strong expertise in talent management, succession planning, IR/PR, and grievance handling.
