Job Title: Human Resources Systems Implementation Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end deployment and integration of human resources management systems globally.

This individual will drive digital adoption by managing a team of consultants and working closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of HR modules.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage the implementation/updating/modification process for all HR modules.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure the success of the implementation and resolve any technical or business-related issues.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of HR modules where needed, according to business needs and best practices.
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides. Plan for pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
  • Change Management and Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement to ensure the successful adoption of technology solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Overall 12 to 15+ years of experience with experience in implementing HR systems or similar platforms.
    • Proven track record of managing end-to-end implementations (across multiple modules).
    • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function.
    • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Experience with HR system implementation and project management.
    • Knowledge of HR system integration with other enterprise systems.
    • High proficiency in Excel, macro, and report automation tools.
    • Strong knowledge of automation tools across HR lifecycle.
    • Familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment.
