Customer Relationship Representative

The primary objective of this role is to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular communication, fostering a sense of trust and loyalty.

  • Engage in outbound calls to potential customers, providing them with information on secured and unsecured loan options.
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and its current and future markets, ensuring seamless interactions and maintaining a strong market presence.

  • Meet sales targets for various loan products, leveraging skills and knowledge to drive business growth.
  • Collect necessary documents from customers in accordance with established checklists.
  • Provide regular feedback on market-related activities, highlighting opportunities for improvement and success.
