Client Liaison Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication throughout the planning and execution phases of projects. This entails building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication, collaboration with internal teams, and timely project delivery.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and regular communication regarding project status and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences to provide personalized service and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A proven track record of experience in client-facing roles, combined with leadership skills and analytical thinking, is essential. Additionally, proficiency in software applications relevant to customer service programs and databases is highly desirable.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in client-facing or similar roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a focus on team management and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and address client concerns.
  • Proficiency in software applications relevant to customer service programs and databases.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency or healthcare industry.
