International Client Engagement Manager

In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating international appointments, and ensuring seamless execution of leadership visits abroad.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive global client database with up-to-date contacts and engagement history.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and industry visits for leadership during international trips.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for international clients before and after meetings.
  • Ensure smooth preparation of meeting materials, agendas, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support leadership in client-facing interactions.
  • Monitor and track client communications, follow-ups, and next steps.
  • Provide post-visit reports summarizing client feedback, opportunities, and pending actions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or International Relations.
  • 3–6 years of experience in client engagement, account management, or executive coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
  • Ability to work effectively across different time zones and cultures.
  • Capacity to multitask and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn, and scheduling platforms (Calendly, Outlook, Google Suite).
