Job Title: Global Client Engagement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Global Client Engagement Specialist. As part of our global expansion strategy, this role will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating appointments, and ensuring seamless execution of leadership visits abroad.

About the Role
  • Manage and maintain a global client database with updated contacts and engagement history.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and industry visits for leadership during international trips.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for international clients before and after meetings.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improving existing partnerships.
  2. Appointment Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and industry visits for leadership during international trips, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  3. Communication and Reporting: Act as a primary point of contact for international clients before and after meetings, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or International Relations.
  • 3–6 years of experience in client engagement, account management, or executive coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
