Position Overview

We are building a global client engagement and appointment management team to support Bhionix.Group's international expansion.

As an International Client Engagement & Appointment Manager , you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating appointments, and ensuring seamless execution of leadership visits abroad. You will act as a bridge between our leadership and global clients/partners , ensuring meetings are productive and relationships are nurtured.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a global client and partner database with updated contacts and engagement history.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and industry visits for leadership during international trips.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for international clients before and after meetings.
  • Ensure smooth preparation of meeting materials, agendas, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support leadership in client-facing interactions.
  • Track and monitor client communications, follow-ups, and next steps.
  • Provide post-visit reports summarizing client feedback, opportunities, and pending actions.
  • Support event participation, conferences, and networking opportunities abroad.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or International Relations .
  • 3–6 years of experience in client engagement,
