Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, including talent pipelines, hiring manager coordination, interview planning, and selection procedures.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding, with a strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making.

Responsibilities
  1. Buiding and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future job openings
  2. Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop a recruitment strategy
  3. Planning interviews and selection procedures, including sourcing, screening, assessments, and in-person interviews
  4. Sourcing potential candidates through various channels and developing a network of potential future hires
  5. Measuring key recruitment metrics, such as source-of-hire and time-to-hire, and creating reports to identify areas of improvement
Qualifications
  1. 4+ years of work experience in the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, preferably with a hospitality background
  2. Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
  3. Experience in leading the hiring for a business unit or corporate office functions
  4. Ability to execute a recruitment strategy and keep a high bar for candidate experience and interview processes
  5. Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making
Requirements
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel and understanding data and creating dashboards reports
  • Ability to work closely with leadership team and stakeholders in deliverables
  • Problem-solving mindset and high ownership
