**Job Title:** HR Director

Job Description

This role oversees human resource operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The successful candidate will lead a team of HR professionals in recruitment, employee relations, training, and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directs and works with HR employees on recruitment, total compensation, employee relations, and training and development.
  • Executes against objectives outlined in the Human Resource Business Plan and delivers services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • High school diploma or GED; 3 years of experience in human resources, management operations, or a related professional area.
  • OR
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related major; 1 year of experience in human resources, management operations, or a related professional area.
