Role & responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership

  2. Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organizations vision, mission, and goals.

  3. Partner with the CEO and leadership team to shape the company culture and organizational design.

  4. Talent Management

  5. Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and retention strategies.

  6. Build leadership development programs and manage high-potential employee initiatives.

  7. Employee Engagement & Culture

  8. Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.

  9. Design initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.

  10. Compensation & Benefits

  11. Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.

  12. Ensure equitable and performance-linked pay structures.

  13. HR Operations & Compliance

  14. Establish and update HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  15. Ensure proper handling of employee relations and grievance management.

  16. Performance & Learning

  17. Drive performance management systems that align individual goals with organizational objectives.

  18. Oversee training and development programs to upskill employees and strengthen leadership.

  19. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)

  20. Champion DEI initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.

  21. Change Management

  22. Lead organizational transformation, change management, and workforce adaptability initiatives.

  23. Technology & HR Analytics

  24. Leverage HR technology, HRIS, and analytics for informed decision-making.

  25. Monitor HR metrics to track efficiency, turnover, and productivity.

  26. Stakeholder Management

  27. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the Board on human capital matters.

  28. Represent the organization in industry forums, HR associations, and external networks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.
  • Proven track record in building high-performing teams and scaling HR systems.
