We are looking for a Human Resource Manager with strong experience in the IT Services domain, who can efficiently manage both HR operations and administrative functions. The role requires someone who is people-oriented, process-driven, and capable of ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while aligning HR practices with organizational goals.

Role & responsibilities

Human Resource:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions, ensuring timely hiring.
  • Maintain employee records, manage onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
  • Handle payroll processing and compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, labor laws, etc.).
  • Implement and oversee attendance, leave, and performance management systems.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues fairly.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR policies.

Administration:

  • Oversee general office administration including facilities, supplies, and vendor management.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of travel, logistics, and asset management.
  • Support management in budgeting and administrative cost control.
  • Implement and monitor workplace policies, safety, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain liaison with external agencies for office-related services and statutory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of proven HR experience, preferably in an IT Services company.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, payroll software, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle both HR and administration responsibilities independently.
