Wipro Limited Kolkata is hiring for a Fixed Term Hire (6 Months) Recruiter Role.

Skillset:

  • 6 months - 2 years of experience in Recruitment or a similar HR role.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with proficiency in business writing.
  • Experience in full cycle recruitment, using diverse interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Prior experience with LinkedIn, Naukri and other Job Portals.
  • Ability to multitask with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Good computer proficiency with strong typing and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable with Work from Office (WFO) and flexible to work 6 days a week if required.
  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Exposure to campus hiring, volume hiring, or cold calling for recruitment.
  • Candidates should not be enrolled in any full-time educational course.
