Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic MBA (HR) studentseither in their final year or recently graduatedwho are eager to begin their career in Human Resources through an internship at TechShu.

This internship will provide hands-on experience in core HR functions including recruitment, administration, and employee engagement within a digital marketing agency setup.

Note: This is an unpaid internship for the initial period of 3–6 months. Based on performance and feedback, the duration may be extended up to 1 year and may transition to a paid internship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process – sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with department heads.
  • Support office administration activities including asset management, documentation, and coordination.
  • Help in maintaining and updating employee communication and HR records.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, sending official communication emails, and performing other HR-related tasks as assigned.

  • Available to work in a hybrid mode – remotely and from the Salt Lake Sector V office as required.
